Over the last 10 years the company has expanded through a number of strategic acquisitions. The American fabric house, Cowtan & Tout, the umbrella company for the Colefax and Fowler group in the USA; Jane Churchill fabrics and wallpapers; Larsen fabrics and most recently Manuel Canovas.
